30-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first through the contact page with your order number; we will send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Wrong or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the parcel has not arrived 45 days after dispatch, we will reship or refund your order.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 3 business days of approval.
