This policy explains what personal data ScanMarkers (operated by Jingchuang Youxuan (Yangzhou, China)) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you place an order, PayPal shares with us your name, email address and shipping address, plus the items and amounts paid. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. When you use the contact form we store your name, email and message.

How we use it

Only to process, ship and support your order, to answer your messages, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

PayPal (payment processing), the shipping carrier (delivery), and our hosting provider Cloudflare. Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the rights granted by those laws. Contact us through the contact page.
